Return Policy & Shipping Information

RETURN POLICY

We hope that you love your purchase! However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item.  

ALL returns, purchased in store or online, must be in perfect condition, unwashed, unworn, unused, in original condition, with tags attached to be eligible for return.  

  • Items with deodorant, cosmetic stains, animal fur or perfume scent are not eligible for return. 
  • Any item discounted 50% or more are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
  • All returns will be inspected and verified by store. Any return that does not meet our policy will not be accepted. No refund, exchange or store credit issued.  Online purchases will be sent back to customer at their expense. 

IN STORE PURCHASESmust be returned in store within 10 days of purchase with receipt. After this timeframe items are not eligible for return.  Returns may be processed for a refund, exchange or store credit. Gift receipt returns may be processed for exchange or store credit only. No refunds will be given to gift recipient. 

ONLINE PURCHASESmay be returned in store or shipped back to store.  Please see above for in store policy.  If shipping back you must request a Return Authorization from store. Please email lisa@elizabethkarlboutique.com with your name, order number and reason for return. Once you receive your approved authorization back please ship items along with receipt and Return Authorization form back to the store in a secured package within 10 days of shipment delivery. After this timeframe items are not eligible for return. Returns shipped back will be processed for refund only.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  Please ship timely and prepaid to Elizabeth Karl Boutique, Attn: Returns, 127 Rockingham Road, Suite 201, Windham, NH 03087.  Please note the store is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur with return shipment.  We recommend obtaining tracking and insurance. Once we receive your return please allow 1-5 business days to process your return. Original shipping costs are not eligible for refund. It may take your debit or credit card company longer to process the refund to your account.  

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground within the United States only. Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional shipping charges. UPS does not ship to PO Box addresses.

If you would like to receive your order quicker you may choose UPS Next Day or UPS Second Day delivery which include additional shipping charges. If order is placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 pm EST it will ship within 1-3 business days.  Please note we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.  If an item is not in stock we will notify you as soon as possible. Delivery schedules are based from UPS when the item ships from store. Tracking information will be forwarded to customer as soon as possible after order is placed.
